Heidi is forever grateful for Ade's foresight in reserving the Harry Potter book for her in Jakarta. She got started right away at lunch and they both returned to the room as soon as was politely possible to dig in deep. She told me mid-afternoon that 2 characters had already died .... could be a "downer" kind of a day tomorrow, when she crosses the finishing line!

I posted this comment yesterday but it didn't appear on the site.
Anyway, what I said was: One of my new goals in life is to make Singapore Chicken Rice and have you say "It's pretty good. Almost like in Singapore."
I got a recipe off the internet and made it Friday. But it was kind of bland. I think I need more garlic and ginger. I'm going to press on finding other recipes.
Having those fish nible at your feet must have been ve-e-e-e-ery strange.
