Couple of thoughts on this that ran through my mind as I lay awake with jet lag at 2:30am:
1) I could never get straight google homepage to show up. I was automatically redirected to something like www.google.com/hk. Controlling access to the outside world?
2) When I looked back in my post summary after arriving in Singapore, I noticed that the posting from Hong Kong did not get published. Now, was that me having a "senior moment" and forgot to publish, or was that some blocking by the service provider?
Something to test on the way out in 3 weeks, when we pass through the airport again.
